I was recently asked to be a part of an incredible podcast titled “Mom, I got this”, created by two incredible women Isabel and Emily who are currently attending Stanford University. Most of my life I have kept the stories of my childhood to myself. Thinking they were just pieces of me meant to fade away with the memories that held them, but as I’ve gotten older I have realized that sharing them can feel equally as gratifying as the act of letting go and that they actually played a large part in my creative process.
